With access to over 70 field service technicians around the UK, ByBox will be able to offer a two, four, eight hour or next business day call to fix, allowing for simple swap outs, deliveries, collections and scripted work of machines. With 10 Distribution Centres and 29 Forward Stock Locations around the UK, a technician is on standby at each location to provide a rapid call out.
